• If Live Viewers were not delivered, you must record 10 minutes of your live stream video on Twitch and email it to us
• Refunds will not be given if we have already delivered your order, as we keep records of all orders
• Please ensure that you provide us with your correct contact email so that we can resolve any issues regarding your orders. We also offer free bonuses, so be sure to check your emails from us to claim them

In case of any billing errors or issues regarding our services, customers must send an email to mail@growtwitch.com within 48 hours. Customers agree not to contest, seek reimbursement, chargeback, or seek non-payment or reversal of any payment without our prior consent. Any such action will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. If fake disputes are raised, we may take action and permanently ban the customer's account.
